Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above RM180.00.

Shipping Rates & Times

Please allow 1–2 days processing time before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

🚚 KL Lalamove Available

🇲🇾 Malaysia: 1–3 business days (RM3.95)

🇸🇬 Singapore: 2–5 business days (RM14.95)

🌎 International: 7–14 business days (RM29.95-RM150.00)

Shipping Address

We will only ship to the billing or shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct and reachable. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — only valid physical addresses.

We are not liable if an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at support@roselleclo.my within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after 24 hours will incur additional shipping charges.

Tracking

Once your order is picked up by our shipping partner, a tracking ID will be provided. Updates and communication will be sent via email, SMS, or mobile app notifications.

For intangible products or services, confirmation and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) will be sent via email or SMS.
