Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and our policy is designed to be simple and fair.
ELIGIBILITY
All items, except clearance items, are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
*IMPORTANT: Must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange your item for another size or style if it’s available. For exchanges: customers cover the return shipping to us, and we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
STORE CREDIT
If you prefer store credit, you’ll receive 120% of the value — for example, return an item worth RM100 and receive RM120 store credit to shop again.
FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
If the item you receive is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.
SHIPPING COST
For standard returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued for the product value only and do not include original shipping fees (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 1–3 business days.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
